OK, today sucked. By the end of my time at the gym, my legs felt like lead and I was practically wheezing. But I didn't stop; Jillian Michaels would be proud. At least it's the end of Week 2 and I'm doing well. Trainer wants to weigh/measure me next Monday (Day 15). We'll see how it goes.
Day 12 Workout (Cardio + Weight-Training)
- 20 minute treadmill warm up
- 35 minutes circuit training (2 different circuits focusing on mostly upper body; not much of a cardio component in the circuits)
- 35 minutes elliptical
- 32 minutes treadmill intervals
Bodybugg program reports 2650 calories burned and 1424 calories consumed for a deficit of 1226 calories.
