Actually worked out twice today. Went to the gym in the AM and did half and hour and then went to school and came back late afternoon for Turbokick. I'm so glad it's fitting into my schedule right now.
Day 11 Workout (All Cardio)
- 35 minutes on elliptical
- 55 minutes TurboKick class
Bodybugg program reports 2884 calories burned and 1463 calories consumed for a deficit of 1421 calories.
